It's win or bust for Liverpool in tonight's must-win clash with Debrecen VSC and Rafael Benitez's side need results elsewhere to go their way to save their Champions League campaign.

The Kop boss will be be aiming to come away from Budapest's Stadium Puskás Ferenc with maxiumum points and hope that Lyon can record a victory against the Reds' final Group E opponents Fiorentina.

If Fiorentina take a point from the French champions, Liverpool will need to beat the Italians by three clear goals at Anfield on December 9 to win through to the knockout stages.

Benitez knows a lot is riding on a result in Italy but he is urging focus on the task against the Hungarians.

He said: "A lot depends on Fiorentina and Lyon, but the main thing for us is to concentrate on our game and see what happens.

"We have to prepare our game because we don't have any influence over the other one. If we can do our job and win, we'll see.

"I think we can do it. We have some players coming back from injury, so hopefully with a bit of luck we can progress.

"It's football, so you never know. We'll see if we can keep going in the Champions League."

A handful of players were missing from the 18-man squad that flew out to Budapest yesterday with the injury-hit Fernando Torres and Ryan Babel the most notable exclusions however Glen Johnson and Daniel Agger have both made the trip.

Johnson failed a late fitness test before Saturday's Barclays Premier League game with Manchester City whilst Agger was stretchered off following a clash of heads with Kolo Toure in the 2-2 draw at Anfield. Sotirios Kyrgiakos is also available despite picking up a series of knocks in the game with the Citizens.

Liverpool (from): Reina, Cavalieri, Johnson, Agger, Aurelio, Insua, Kyrgiakos, Carragher, Skrtel, Dossena, Aquilani, Gerrard, Benayoun, Mascherano, Leiva, Spearing, Kuyt, Ngog.

Kick-off is at 7.45pm
