Yossi Benayoun says that he has 'a lot of confidence' in Liverpool's ability to win the Barclays Premier League this season.
The Reds missed out on their first title for over 19 years when they lost out to Manchester United n the last campaign but the Israeli midfielder believes that, with hard work and application, they can mount another serious challenge to United's crown.
"I have a lot of confidence in this team," he said.
"We have a belief in the squad that we can win the league.
“But we have to work hard and keep improving. Personally I want this to be an even better season for me. I want to take my chances and help the team."
