PICTURE EXCLUSIVE: Dalglish in driving seat as Charlie Adam undergoes Liverpool FC medical

Charlie Adam received a warm welcome to Liverpool by being personally driven to his new club by manager Kenny Dalglish.

The Kop boss was in the driving seat to chauffeur his fellow Scot to the club's Melwood training ground as he prepares to undergo a medical and discuss personal terms following an agreement this afternoon between the Reds and Blackpool.

Midfielder Adam, 25, is expected to finally complete his dream move to Anfield later today; a move he has waited for since the January transfer window.
