Everton manager David Moyes insists he has received no offers for Leighton Baines or Marouane Fellaini.
Left-back Baines has hit the headlines throughout the summer, despite remaining on the fringes in England's Euro 2012 squad, with reports that he will soon be heading to Manchester United.
Fellaini has also been linked with a lucrative move away from Goodison Park, with Real Madrid and European champions Chelsea both said to be actively monitoring the midfielder's situation.
But Moyes has dismissed such suggestions by insisting he has not been contacted about any of his players during the close season and insists that he intends to continue improving the Blues' squad.
"We're always going to have interest in the players we have, because we've got really good players, so I would expect it," he said.
"But we don't sell easy here at Everton and we've always tried to build a team.
"Of course you're going to lose players now and again but in the main we've kept the bulk of the players, we're going to continue to try and add to it and try to keep improving.
He added: "I've heard nothing from nobody."
Everton's opening day clash with Manchester United, meanwhile, has now been rescheduled to Monday 20 August for television purposes. The game at Goodison will now kick off at 8.00pm.
