Everton midfielder Tom Cleverley is on the verge of securing a move to Watford.
The midfielder has failed to command a regular first-team place at the Blues this season after making just four Premier League starts under Ronald Koeman.
And the former England international is set to return to Vicarage Road, where he previously spent a loan spell from Manchester United in the 2009/10 campaign.
Cleverley is currently at the Hornets’ training ground ahead of the planned switch, which could be made permanent this summer with an option to buy.
The 27-year-old arrived at Goodison Park in Roberto Martinez’s final season in charge and has made 32 appearances and scoring two goals.
