Everton have re-signed highly rated centre half Eric Dier from Sporting Lisbon after agreeing a season-long loan for the teenager.
The 18-year-old enjoyed a five month spell on loan on Merseyside earlier this where he featured regularly for the club's under-18's.
The youngster clearly made an impression at Finch Farm with the Blues offering him the chance to progress further at the club.
Everton retain the option to offer Dier, who was born in Cheltenham, but moved to Portugal as a child, a permanent deal at the end of the coming season.
