David Moyes has revealed he wouldn't stand in the way of a proposed ground share with Liverpool.
The Everton boss said that Goodison Park in its current state may be the one thing dissuading potential investors from pumping their money into the Blues.
When asked about the possibility of a ground share Moyes said that option might well be a common sense solution for both Merseyside clubs.
Speaking exclusively to Andy Gray and Richard Keys on TalkSport, Moyes said: "I definatley wouldn't be against it (the groundshare).
"We've very few corporate boxes at Goodison and we have some restricted view seats, and I just think it needs completely re-modernising or we'd need to move away.
"That's probably the thing which is holding any real investment back.
"I think the culture in this country is that you have your own home and your own stadium and if I had my way I'd have my own.
"I don't know Liverpool's finances but I don't think that their people are jumping around and saying, "come on we'll do this stadium for you."
"So we're both in the situation where we both may still be looking for the finance to get a stadium built."
