A tattooist has been left red-cheeked after losing a bet to etch "I LOVE JEDWARD" on his backside.
Blane Dickinson, 35, made the foolish bet when Lucie Jones landed up in the bottom two with the loathesome twins last Saturday.
Outraged, Dickinson pledged he would tattoo "I love John" and "I love Edward" on each buttock if they were kept in the competition the following evening.
He was so sure Wales' beauty would beat the terrible twosome in the sing off, he updated his Facebook status with the promise.
But sharp-tongued music mogul Simon Cowell controversially brushed off his casting vote to "let the public decide".
Shocked Blane watched Cowell's decision in horror as he realised the twins were soon to be on his bottom two!
Red-cheeked Blane Dickinson said: "Within minutes of John and Edward being saved, my friends were commenting on my Facebook status with their suggestions as to how my tattoo should look.
"It was not something I wanted to do, it was a moment of madness.
"But I am a man of my word and I wasn't about to back out, I was just so convinced Lucie was going to get to the final.
"I chose to have the tattoo done on my posterior in an act of protest - John and Edward are awful."
Blane, who owns Inkaholics Anonymous in North Wales, said he is considering adding a caricature of Simon Cowell done if Jedward make it through another week.
"If the twins go on to win, he could even end up with the faces of all four judges on his derriere.
The dad-of-one added: "If those twins make it through another week I will get Simon's face on too.
"In fact, if they go through to win it I'll have all four judges and Jedward's faces.
"That's not to say I've a huge amount of space down there - we will have to see what happens."
X Factor contestants John and Edward Grimes odds to win the show currently stand at 12/1.
