Police are looking for a mystery woman named "Layla" since they have recovered what appears to be her stolen necklace.
The distinctive gold pendant with the name was among suspected stolen property found in the pockets of a youth arrested in Wirral.
Officers say items of jewellery include two gold coloured metal pendants or lockets and a gold coloured metal necklace in the shape of the name 'Layla'.
The property was recovered following an arrest of a 17-year old man on Saturday 4, June 2009 who was found to be in possession of a quantity of jewellery.
