At the Queens Drive junction Walton Lane it will turn left into Walton Lane past Goodison Park.
Down Everton Valley onto Kirkdale Road, Scotland Road, Byrom Street, Hunter Street and ending along New Islington.
There is no central focus for the event and the bus will not be stopping at any point.
The club has said that in the event of defeat there are no planned celebrations.
Liverpool Lord Mayor Councillor Mike Storey said: “I will be supporting the Blues on Saturday and hope they bring the FA Cup back to its real home on Merseyside.
"Everton have done brilliantly this season but winning the final would give the whole city a lift. If as I fervently hope they do lift the cup then i’m sure the city will give them the homecoming reception they fully deserve.”
Merseyside Police Assistant Chief Constable Colin Matthews said: "We'd like to thank the public in advance for their patience and co-operation during this event whilst officers facilitate the movement of traffic during the parade - this will be a great event for the city and its success will be a testimony to everyone's pride in the region achievements.
"As would be normal with an operation of this size we will constantly be assessing the situation, ensuring that our resources are in the right place and that safety is paramount throughout. The assessment will utilise all the resources at our command, experienced officers, the Force helicopter, shared radio systems and the City's CCTV network."
