A Liverpool court has heard three men admit their parts in smuggling up to one million pounds worth of drugs.
Carl Robinson, aged 30, of Eskdale in Skelmersdale, Graham Miller, aged 38, of Cherrycroft in Skelmersdale and Ian Adderley, aged 46, of Sennen Road in Kirkby all admitted conspiracy to import and supply heroin and cocaine.
Robinson also pleaded guilty to affray in connection with an incident at a pub in Skelmersdale on August 6.
The trio were arrested by officers from the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit (Titan) on Friday, August 12, 2011 on suspicion of conspiracy to import Class A drugs and were subsequently charged with the offence.
Officers carried out the three arrests in Skelmersdale as part of a pro-active covert investigation and seized a substantial amount of drugs with an estimated street value of £1.6million.
All three will be sentenced on Friday 17th February at Liverpool Crown Court.
