
Chefs at East Z East, the latest arrival to Liverpool's burgeoning high cuisine scene, decided that they would do some market ahead of their opening this month.
They hit the streets of the city centre to find out what makes a perfect Indian in Liverpool. Their findings were conclusive, and it all pointed to one fact - when it comes to curry, Scousers like it hot!
Head chefs at the Punjabi restaurant, situated in its impressive King's Dock location, were so moved by the enthusiasm for Indian cuisine in the area that they have decided to take the regions most beloved dish, Scouse, and give it an asian twist.
The result? Scurry!
