
A Liverpool man who held up a number of travel agencies across the UK has been charged.
A 49-year-old man was caught after raiding Co-Op Travel in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, on Friday.
The travel shop robber has been linked to a string of armed robberies at agencies in Staffordshire, Lancashire and Derbyshire.
He was charged with multiple armed robberies, possessing an offensive weapon and assaulting a police officer.
The 49-year-old is due to appear at North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court in Fenton on Monday.
