A rapist was jailed for 10 years today after being found guilty of two sex attacks.
Thomas Potter, 40, of Dovecot, Liverpool targeted a 63-year-old woman at her home in 1993 and then, nine years later in 2001, raped a 15-year-old girl.
The former door-to-door salesman was caught after his DNA, taken when he was arrested on a domestic violence charge, was found to match that on the clothes of his first victim.
He admitted the first assault but denied all charges of rape.
Potter was ordered to sign the sex offenders register before starting his six and four year sentences back to back.
