Guests can also enjoy an impressive and diverse selection of main courses such as Mustard Herb Rack of Lamb, served with Fondant Potato, Broad Beans, Peas, and Mint Jus.
To finish, delicious desserts include Lemoncello Cheesecake, served with Candied Lemons and Vanilla Ice Cream and Vanilla Pannacotta served with Warm Poached Rhubarb.
Paul said: "When devising the new menu, the team and I really wanted to keep the best of what’s been before, while also creating some new and exciting Spring dishes that would undoubtedly delight our guests.
"Here at Blakes, we really do pride ourselves on sourcing the finest local ingredients to create a modern menu, that embraces the finest of the new season’s produce.
"Our main aim is to create outstanding food that is truly bursting with flavour.
