Ryanair is marking the launch of its new service from Liverpool John Lennon Airport to Bremen in North-West Germany by releasing 1 million £6 seats for travel until March 2010.
The new German route from Liverpool JLA will operate three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and will see an additional 45,000 passengers fly to and from the city.
Ryanair’s £6 fares include taxes and charges so passengers who chose to avoid discretionary fees by paying with Visa Electron, travel with carry-on luggage only and forego priority boarding can fly for the advertised £6 fare*.
The airline's Maria Macken said: "Ryanair is delighted to welcome passengers on board its new service from Liverpool to the picturesque red-bricked city of Bremen in North West Germany.
"Not a month goes by without some exciting event taking place in the city: the Freimarkt (the oldest funfair in Germany), the music and maritime festivals, Europe's biggest six-day cycle race, musicals and plays, prestigious art exhibitions and last but not least the traditional Christmas market and the accompanying stalls along the Schlachte Embankment.
"To celebrate our new route from Liverpool to Bremen, Ryanair is releasing 1 million seats for just £6. This offer is available to book until midnight Monday 5 October for travel until the end of March 2010. We urge passengers to log onto www.ryanair.com immediately, as these fares will be snapped up quickly."
