Liverpool’s Isla Gladstone Conservatory is helping residents in the community ‘get active’ and shape up for the summer with the launch of a new ‘Get Fit Boot Camp’ service.
The new Boot Camp programme, which will be available from Monday 12th July, will launch in the community with a free week’s trial for all members of the public.
Six sessions of training will be delivered throughout the week by personal trainer, Will McCutchinson, who will deliver a varied training programme including self defence, circuit training, running, body weights and much more.
Attendees will also be able to learn about all the do’s and don’ts of following a diet plan, receive a free body fat consultation and enjoy free water whilst training.
Gemma Hindley, Managing Director at The Isla Gladstone Conservatory, said: “We’re delighted to launch the Get Fit Boot Camp at the Isla Gladstone Conservatory.
"The conservatory already works hard to promote healthy eating in the community by working in conjunction with schools to do free healthy cooking demonstrations.”

The programme will begin on Monday 12th July at 9:30am and will be free for the first week. The programme will then cost £15 per week or £30 for one month and will include a free body fat consultation, diet plan, 10% discount at Kemps Bistro, free coffee when you order breakfast and free water whilst training.
