Liverpool brides-to-be are being invited to a unique event in one of the
North West's most spectacular wedding venues.
600-year-old Knowsley Hall in Prescot will stage its Designer Bridal
Showcase on Sunday October 2nd.
The event, organised in association with Pure Weddings magazine, will bring together some of the country¹s top designer wedding collections under one roof.
The Bridal Gallery Group will present catwalk previews of gowns from
award-winning designers including Ian Stuart, Jenny Packham, Ellie Saab and Kate Sherford.
An extensive exhibition area will also feature displays from companies
specialising in other wedding essentials, from stationery and cakes to
flowers and honeymoon travel.
Charley Bennett of Knowsley Hall explained: "This event will be a unique
opportunity for guests to see the very best in UK bridal fashion and ideas in one place at one time.
"Brides-to-be will be able to make personal contact with companies and
people from all over the North West who could help to make their wedding day really special."
The Designer Bridal Showcase is being presented in two sessions. Guests can choose either the morning event from 10am to 1.30pm or the afternoon session from 1.30 to 5pm.
In both cases they will be able to enjoy a glass of champagne on arrival and the opportunity to tour Knowsley Hall, which has been widely used as a film and TV location for such diverse productions as The Forsyte Saga and Hollyoaks.
Ticket prices for the event are £8 for two people, or £16 for two people for VIP tickets which also include a private lounge, canapes and reserved front row seating for the fashion show.
