Shoppers can discover a vibrant mix of arts and crafts this weekend as Liverpool ONE plays host to its second fair of the year.

After the success of the first event in May, the shopping centre has announced three more art and craft fairs, with the first one taking place this weekend.

Organised by Liverpool ONE in conjunction with Open Culture, the event will showcase a variety of unique homeware, paintings, textiles jewellery and much more, with over 25 stalls available to visit.

There will be free craft workshops for all the family throughout the weekend. 'Monster Mask' making and the 1950s inspired 'Make do and Mend' are expected to be popular and take place on the Sunday.

Notable exhibitions include Lianne Mellor, who will be selling her 'Mellor Ware' designs, a range of ceramics depicting British wildlife enjoying a tea party.

Shoppers should also look out for the unique Kate Stewart. She will be presenting her 'Factory Floor Jewels' range, which uses pre-purposed materials.

Liverpool ONE Marketing Director, Donna Howitt is hoping that visitors enjoy the weekend.

"Liverpool ONE is proud to provide a platform for the North West’s artistic talent.

"We are very much committed to supporting local arts and cultural initiatives and hope that visitors to Liverpool ONE enjoy these special events."

The fair takes place on Thomas Steers Way, opposite The Hilton. Stalls will be open from 10.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 July.

There will be two more events through the summer, taking place on 13-14 August and 10-11 September.
