There will be spooky goings on at Liverpool’s Isla Gladstone Conservatory this October as it plays host to a Halloween themed community party.
The historic venue, which is situated in Stanley Park, will be hosting a special Halloween event on Sunday 31st October from 5pm to 7pm, inviting families from Liverpool to participate in a selection of ghoulish activities.
Children and families can test their nerve and get up close to a selection of creepy crawlies, reptiles and snakes, provided courtesy of the Ranger Rob Animal Experience petting zoo.
A children’s entertainer will also be on hand throughout the day for a range of fun Halloween-themed games around the grounds, along with a face painter, Halloween-themed music and a competition for the best dressed Halloween costume.
Gemma Hindley, Managing Director at The Isla Gladstone Conservatory, said: “We are delighted to host our first ever Halloween themed party for the community.
"The event promises to not only be a fun day out for all the family but also offers an educational experience for the children to learn about the animals.
"We will also be awarding a prize to the best- dressed Halloween costume on the day.”
Tickets cost £5. Refreshments will be available at Kemps Bistro.
