
The UK’s youngest person ever to win a Michelin star is returning to Liverpool for ‘one night only’ to guest at Circo in Liverpool’s Albert Dock.
Aiden Byrne, who won the coveted culinary award at the age of 22, will be creating a five course feast for £80 with a complementary glass of wine for each course, next Thursday (December 10).
TV chef and owner of the Church Green gastro pub in Cheshire, Aiden, said: “This is a chance for me to establish myself in the North West and for people to enjoy all the lavish luxuries you would expect from a Michelin starred meal.”
Aiden, 37, spent three years as Head Chef of the Grill Room at The Dorchester Hotel, London, before leaving the Dorchester at the end of January 2009 to run his own pub in Cheshire.
He also appeared on the television programme 'Masterchef 2008' where he coined the phrase "I lost a bit of sleep last night", when the remaining three amateur chefs had to cook for seven Michelin-starred chefs at the Dorchester Hotel.
He now owns a very successful pub in Lymm, Cheshire called 'The Church Green', he won newcomer of the year for the Northern restaurant awards after only being back up north for 4 months.
