An excitingly different fund-raising event with a carnival theme was staged at one of Liverpool’s top restaurants, Viva Brazil.
The charity evening raising more than £1,800 for Claire House at Clatterbridge, Wirral, with more than 100 guests enjoying the wonderful churrascaria menu at the Brazilian-style steak house.
It was the second event the Castle Street eatery, which is a favourite of all the celebs and footballers, has held for the charity which provides care to children and young people with complex medical conditions.
Brazilian dancers and Viva Brazil’s house band added to the atmosphere of the evening which also included a charity raffle.
Andy Aldrich, Managing Director of Viva Brazil, said: “This is the second event we have held for Claire House and the evening was a tremendous success.
“We are looking forward to continuing to work closely with the charity and helping to raise even more funds in the future.”
