Frankie Dettori has celebrated Great British Burger Week which runs from the 18th to the 24th of June by commissioning a special burger at the Frankie’s Bar and Grill at Hoylake in the Wirral.
The special burger features three delicious patties made with 100 % British beef, interspersed with slices of Cheddar cheese and celebrates the best of local British produce.
Dettori designed the burger when he visited guests on Wednesday, 9th May, at the official launch of Frankie’s Bar & Grill, a New York Italian restaurant collaboration with celebrity chef Marco Pierre White and the burger was being added to its menu throughout the week.
The restaurant became the first Frankie’s venue in the UK outside London when it opened late last month at Kings Gap, joining international locations such as Dubai and Dublin.
Frankie’s Bar & Grill is part of Sanguine Hospitality’s £5.5m redevelopment of the former Kings Gap Court Hotel, which also features a next generation Holiday Inn Express hotel.
