It’s that time of year again, when winter coats get locked away and moods are lifted with the arrival of the warmer months.

The Living Room honoured the coming of Summer with the launch of their new summer menu, celebrating in style with the elite of Liverpool’s business and social community.

Launching last week, the new menu features items with the restaurant’s expert chefs’ usual creative flair and features a whole host of new delights that have been specially selected to please the taste buds and ensure every eating out experience is one to cherish.

General Manager Jamie McDiarmid said:“Our customers love that we make an effort to provide fresh and exciting dishes that are tasty and high quality, but we always go one step further and ensure every new menu is something really special.

“The new seasonal menu focuses on the key trends that we are seeing when it comes to dining out – from healthy options to making the most of fresh produce.”

One of the key areas for Chefs and customers is how food is used in dishes, so cuts of meat are carefully chosen and then prepared and cooked in a way that highlights their texture and flavour.

When it comes to steaks, each one is served with a complimentary gourmet butter or traditional steak sauce.

On from this, being able to choose lighter or healthier options is also important to many people, so dining out at The Living Room can now be guilt-free with healthier options at under 500 calories, that still remain packed with flavour.

The evening began with welcome drinks and canapés and then guests were treated to samples off the extensive menu. The Living Room worked alongside Prominent Profile’s Geniene Reese to organise the high profile event.

Geniene Reese said: ‘We couldn’t have hoped for a better turn out and The Living Room was shown off in all its glory, we’re looking forward to welcoming people back so they can sample the menu in full’
