Summer has arrived and 60 Hope Street are celebrating by bringing together a fresh 'Summer at 60' menu.
Serving up the finest British cuisine with a light, modern twist, 60 is the place to visit this summer, perhaps for some al fresco dining as you take in the view of Liverpool's two cathedrals and Georgian Quarter.
With three courses and a half bottle of wine for just £25.95 per person, here is a preview of what to expect from the mouth-watering selection on offer...Start off with a delectable Goats Cheese Mousse with Beetroot and Sun blushed Tomatoes before tucking into a succulent Sweet Cure Pork Chop complete with Colcannon Mash and Cider Sauce. For dessert, those of you with a sweet tooth could try the Chocolate Mousse with Hazelnut and chocolate biscuits or if you are a fan of savory desserts try the Red Leicester with Apple and Walnut chutney.

The Summer at 60 menu runs from 11th July through to the 11th September and is available from 12.30pm until 2.30pm Monday to Friday and 5pm until 6.30pm Monday to Saturday in the restaurant and 5pm until 10.30pm in the Bistro.
