
60 Hope Street is offering a new three course seasonal menu with half a bottle of wine.
Diners can choose three courses from the seasonal menu and half a bottle of wine for just £25.95 per person.
The spring at 60 menu follows the 60 Hope Street standard with the finest fresh, seasonal, local produce used.
Guests can choose a number of options from the menu, including; Smoked Mackerel with Pickled Cucumber and Toasted Almond Salad to start followed by Slow Roast Lamb Shoulder with Braised Fennel and Soft Herb Dumplings before finishing with a delicious Raspberry Bakewell Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream to celebrate the return of springtime.
The menu runs from 25th February right through to the 17th April 2011 and is available from 12.30pm until 2.30pm Monday to Friday and 5pm until 6.30pm Monday to Saturday in the restaurant and 5pm until 10.30pm in the Bistro.
The return of spring and sunshine also opens up the option of al fresco dining.
Visitors can take advantage of 60 Hope Streets outdoor seating which set amongst the idyllic surroundings of Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter.
