Panoramic, the UK’s highest freestanding restaurant, has partnered with prestigious Champagne house Perrier-Jouet to raise funds for the NSPCC.
The fine dining restaurant, located on the 34th floor of West Tower, Brook Street, in Liverpool’s Financial District, will host an exclusive evening of gourmet food and Champagne on March 31st.
Each of the dinner’s four-courses will be specially paired with a different Champagne, including some very rare and vintage Champagnes.
In addition to the exquisite fine dining, guests can experience the breathtaking views which cover not only Liverpool, but also the Wirral, North Wales and Manchester.
Panoramic Sommelier Christina Holzer and Perrier-Jouet Champagne expert Philipa Scott will be on hand to guide diners through each Champagne.
Sarah Corcoran, Managing Director of Panoramic, said: “Perrier-Jouet has long been one of the most celebrated Champagne houses in France, while Panoramic prides itself on the outstanding standard of food, service and ambiance it presents to its customers.
"We felt that the two names complimented each other perfectly, and the fact that all proceeds raised will be donated to the NSPCC means that this night will be very special indeed.”
Tickets for the event are £85 per head, and are strictly limited. To book, email reservations@panoramicliverpool.com or telephone 0151 236 5534.
