This evening (Wednesday 2nd February) HOST will provide delicious wine matched with a mouthwatering four course set-menu.
Hosted by Pieter Malan, the evening will provide a master class in South African Wine. HOST Head Chef David Fitzsimmons will serve up the delightful four course set-meal, whilst Dominic O’Connell of C&O Wines will be on board to inform and entertain diners as well as combining the cuisine with expertly picked wines.
