Sampling the reasonably priced two-course lunch menu, you'll feel revitalised and fueled for an afternoon session in the office.

Made with the freshest vegetables, my colleagues and I plumped for the winter vegetable soup - every spoonful more delectable than the last.

One thing the Buddleia restaurant is is eclectic, so when trying appease the taste-buds in a limited amount of time you want choice, you want variety.

Unconnected dishes they may have been but in a party of differing desires throw fine Italian cuisine with traditional English dishes and you're onto a winner.

Bursting with flavour and expertly presented the simplistic spinach and ricotta cannelloni was a delight and thankfully not too heavy.

As I looked around the table conversation slowed as work pals became so fixated on their mouth-watering food.

A rich, creamy carbonara caught my eye next to me, while a perfectly grilled fillet of chicken in a smokey bacon and red wine sauce sat opposite

The service was a real highlight, prompting our departing posse to exclaim: "I wish we could eat there for lunch every day."
