Liverpool restaurant and deli The Quarter has announced another expansion that will see the premises grow by 15% - adding another 465 square feet to the popular eatery.

The expansion reflects the continued success and development of the restaurant, situated on Falkner Street in the idyllic Georgian Quarter.

The Quarter underwent a previous expansion last December with the introduction of The Quarter Kitchen (deli). Following a year of continued growth, the Quarter has now acquired the space that was formally occupied by neighbour ‘Tom Thumb’.

Part of the 60 Group, which includes 60 Hope Street and HOST, The Quarter is independently owned and managed by two Liverpool brothers; Colin and Gary Manning.

Gary Manning, co-owner said: "We are committed to the continual growth and success of The Quarter. We focus on local talent and fresh seasonal produce, and as a result of this we have expanded to follow suit.

"This allows us to attract even more business, whilst continuing to provide a service to the highest standard. The Quarter is an extremely popular destination and the expansion adds another string to our bow, further boosting our development and investment plans."

A meeting place all day long, The Quarter’s unique atmosphere attracts a variety of guests from businessmen to bohemians and, following the expansion, the restaurant looks set to draw even greater successes.
