An American singer and songwriter has marked The Living Room as one of his stops as part of a UK tour this month.
Drew De Four, from Ann Arbour, Michigan, will perform on 20th July, after previously wowing crowds at the venue on several occasions.
With a repertoire of more than 1,000 songs he draws influence from the likes of Ray Charles, Dr John, Tom Waits, Jerry Lee Lewis and Van Morrison and is continually touring the world.
This will be his sixth UK tour and again Drew has dubbed The Living Room as one of the city's top venues for live music.
With its beautiful baby grand piano, intimate atmosphere and extensive bar menu, the bar and restaurant is one of the hottest places to discover talented musicians from around the world.
Drew has released four albums independently, all self-financed and self-produced, and has played everywhere from Poland to Japan.
His music is a combination of piano bar potpourri, New Orleans jazz, waitsian ballads, and beat-box-piano-pop.
Living Room General Manager Jamie McDiarmid said:“It sounds a little off-the-wall, but Drew’s has that innate musical ability to make any song his own and bring it to life in a new way
“His talents are seemingly limitless and he is confident that no matter what request our customers throw at him, he will be able to face the music and perform.
“Drew’s latest single Keep A Light has already been wowing music fans across the globe, so the people of CITY have a real treat in store when he comes to The Living Room.”
Entry to the performance is free and the show starts at 8.30pm. Bar booths are available with drinks packages, and restaurant tables are available with set menus. Bookings can be made on 0151 236 1999.
