Review: Hadouken! - Mic Check

Hadouken! are back with Mic Check, which is the second single from their latest album - For The Masses.

Mic check, released on April 12th through Surface Noise Recordings, was recently voted Fearne Cotton’s record of the week.

And it’s no surprise really as the Leeds five piece have hit new heights with their latest single.

Their sound has evolved since their debut album, Music For An Accelerated Culture, and we now see the band with a harder, louder and a more defining sound.

Hadouken! Have been compared to other dance-rock bands such as the Prodigy. The Prodigy are a hard act to follow, but Mic Check makes such comparisons thoroughly deserved.

Mic Check is released on the 12th April.
