
One lucky local actor will have the chance to play opposite Jennifer Ellison in a star-studded production of Cinderella at Liverpool's Empire Theatre this Christmas, alongside Liverpool legends Cilla Black, Les Dennis, Nick Pickard, Ted Robbins and Pete Price.
Auditions for this exciting part will take place at the Empire Theatre on THURSDAY 9 OCTOBER.
Those wishing to be Jennifer's Prince Charming are required to be professional actors, who either live in the Merseyside area or were born on Merseyside, aged between 18 and 35.
This is not an open audition – those wishing to attend must first contact Scott Mitchell, Casting Director at First Family Entertainment (the producers of the panto) enclosing a CV and recent photograph.

Cinderella, featuring an all-star Liverpool cast, runs from 11 December 2008 until 4 January2009, and promises to be a truly magical show.
The one and only Cilla Black returns to her native city to play the Fairy Godmother, alongside model and actress Jennifer Ellison as Cinderella, Hollyoaks star Nick Pickard as Dandini, comedian and TV star Les Dennis as Buttons and actor Ted Robbins as Baron Hardup. Radio presenter Pete Price and Brick up the Mersey Tunnels star Roy Brandon play the Ugly Sisters.
Traditionally the most popular pantomime title of them all, the Cinderella story has timeless appeal to old and young alike, with lavish, glittering costumes and spectacular staging, lots of laughter and its celebrity-filled cast, Cinderella at the Liverpool Empire is THE panto to see in the UK this Christmas.
