Music fans urged to bring tour to Liverpool

Music fans have been urged to help bring an 'unscheduled' tour to Liverpool.

The city narrowly missed out on holding the first leg of the Chevrolet Spark Unscheduled event, which went to Newcastle.

Now the Mystery Jets will play another four gigs at unusual locations in different cities.

Other places vying for the tour are Birmingham, Bristol, Brighton, Edinburgh and Manchester.

Thousands of people voted in the last round before Newcastle finally edged out Liverpool and Birmingham.

Newcastle's gig will take place on April in Dean Street car park.

To try and get the tour to come to the city go to www.sparkunscheduled.co.uk.
