A contemporary circus will 'Take A Walk on The Wild Side' at the Black-E contemporary arts centre in Liverpool this Friday.

The NoFit State Circus, a contemporary circus group based in Cardiff, takes place at the Black-E and promises to give the public the opportunity to experience a very special circus show.

'Take A Walk on The Wild Side’ will be choreographed by Firenza Guidi, world-renowned performer and circus visionary.

In true Guidi style, this is set to be a show with a difference – a show about exploration and discovery in which the Black-E and all its nooks and crannies will come alive.

Stewards will help guide the public on a journey through the venue where adults and children alike will enjoy all sorts of wonders, from music, visual arts, and circus performances.

After originally announcing the performance, the Black-E were inundated with responses from Liverpool performers.

Those taking part include FenFen Huang – a traditional Chinese folk dance group, Grime family, Bisakha Sarker – a traditional Indian dancer and Paislie Reid, who will all be contributing to what promises to be a truly memorable and inspiring night.

Show starts from 7pm this Friday, January 22.

Tickets are priced at £7 adults, £5 concessions, £14 Families and are available from The Black-E, Great George Street and News From Nowhere Bookshop, Bold Street from Monday to Saturday and online at www.theblack-e.co.uk.
