Liverpool's Adelphi will be transformed into the Tranny Hotel this November in a festival celebrating transgender art.
The event makes its UK premier on 11th November as part of the Europe wide Exchange Radical Moments! and this years LGBT Homotopia festival.
International transgender artists will flood all areas of the hotel, showcasing their talents in hallways, suites and staircases.
Expect burlesque, poetry and interactive performances including Thom Shaw's Drag Mountain which will see a dress sewn together over the course of two days to be worn by the winner of Miss Alternative Liverpool on Saturday night.
Producer and performer Mandy Romero said: "We hope that Tranny Hotel will project a creative and imaginative image of what we have to offer through art while encouraging people to talk about what being transgender means and helping the trans community to take their place amongst everybody else in a confident and joyous way."
With performances such as 'Cut me up good' and 'Jesus Queen of Heaven' as well as the Transgender Tea Party, Tranny Hotel is sure to be an unforgettable weekend of transgender fun.
Tickets start at £8 for the Friday evening showcase. For more information go to www.tranny-hotel.com.
