What was it like growing up in Knowsley during the war, living on rations with only one sweet per week? Can you remember watching the latest releases at The Mayfair Cinema or when steam trains ran through Huyton Station?

The ‘Two Dogs’ book is a compilation of memories of what it was like to grow up in the borough from the 1940s to the 1970s, written by eight residents from Huyton and Mossgate.

Following the outstanding success of the ‘Two Dogs’ book launch in June, where all the copies of the book were snapped up, there is now an online version for people to read.
