
Cavern Walks is getting ready to showcase some of the region’s best creative talent’s this bank holiday weekend with Fashion and Craft Fair.
The boutique shopping centre will house stalls selling vintage fashion, paintings and handmade jewellery from the best of Liverpools young talented fashionistas.
The fair is being organised by local designers Jade Thompson from Kirby and Anna Diamond from Widnes.
Anna, who has a first class fashion and textiles graduate of John Moores University said: “We’re thrilled to be returning to Cavern Walks for this year’s Mathew Street Festival.
The fair was very successful with both local visitors and visitors from afar last year so are very excited to showcase the stalls again this year.
“All of the stall holders have been handpicked for their creative talents and to offer a diverse product range to all the Mathew Street visitors.
"It also offers an excellent opportunity for new design talent to get noticed on one of the busiest weekends in the city.”
Derek Miller, Commercial Director for Warner Estates, which manages Cavern Walks shopping centre, added: “It is fantastic for us to be able to provide a platform for new and emerging talent in the city to get their work noticed.”
The Fashion and Craft Fair will take place between the 29th and 30th August between 10am and 4.30pm.
