The independent film magazine Little White Lies and Beer giant Grolsch have teamed up to present the most original and entertaining films throughout Britian this summer.
Next month, on Wednesday 8th September, FACT will be previewing Cyrus from directors Jay and Mark Duplass.
The second instalment of the Grolsch & LWLies film club will screen simultaneously in eight partner cinemas around the UK, two days before it goes on general release on 10 September.
All film club screening events are free, but those wishing to attend need to sign up in advance at www.littlewhitelies.co.uk/grolschpresents in order to be in with a chance of winning these exclusive tickets and enjoy the film along with being served up a perfectly chilled bottle of Grolsch.
This bold and brilliantly dark ‘wrong-com’ stars John C Reilly as a middle-aged divorcé who gets a second shot at love when he meets the gorgeous Molly (Marisa Tomei). But Molly’s son Cyrus (Jonah Hill) is determined to make three a crowd, and soon the battle lines between the two men are drawn.
Grolsch has teamed up with award winning film magazine Little White Lies to launch a film club celebrating taste, artistry, craftsmanship and originality in the best new movies.
Cyrus film screening will begin at 6.15pm on Wednesday 8th September. To find out more about the event go on the Liverpool Fact website www.fact.co.uk
