The singer songwriter who penned Robert Pattison's love ballad featured in Twilight is playing one a one-off London gig before his US tour.
Bobby Long co-wrote the track ‘Let Me Sign’ with Marcus Foster, performed by Edward Cullen for Bella in the vampire blockbuster. Long formed a friendship with the then-struggling Pattison when they met at an open mic night in London.
The 22-year-old unsigned artist writes folksy blues-inspired songs and has won an army of fans since heart-throb Pattison sang Long's love song to Bella in the hit film, soon to be followed by New Moon, the second in the Twilight saga.
Long will be playing his only London show at the newly opened Relentless Garage on Friday 17th July before heading back to the US for a two-month tour.
He has just self-released his second single ‘Being A Mockingbird’ on iTunes taken from the forthcoming release ‘Bobby Long Live in NYC.’
Bobby Long’s previous release ‘Left To Lie’ went to number 1 on ITunes in the Singer Songwriter UK chart and number 8 internationally.
