Hailing from Liverpool, our very own Sound of Guns return this summer; with what looks set to be another successful year for the lads.
The band broke through the ranks via BBC Introducing, and then went on to be featured by Steve Lamacq as his favourite new band - on his 6music radio show.
Another accolade bestowed on the band was their debut EP Elementary of Youth being voted Zane Lowe’s ‘hottest record in the world’.
As if that wasn’t enough last year the band played some of the UK's most prestigious festivals including Latitude, Glastonbury and Radio One’s Big Weekend. They rounded of the year by playing the Sound City festival in Dubai and opened Liverpool’s Music Week.
With their anthemic, chorus rousing, tunes Sound Of Guns are one of the must see bands. They are getting ready to release their new single Architects on June 21st - the single is taken from their debut album, What Came From Fire, which follows on 28th June.
