Indie favourites Shed Seven formed back in 1990 and it wasn’t long before they had gathered a loyal following.
After a great show at the national 'In The City' unsigned band showcase they were signed to Polydor in 1993.
After surviving through both line-up and label changes the band decided to call it a day in 2003, despite still maintaining a huge fan following.
Fast forward to 2007, which saw the band re-unite and Shed Seven embarked on a twenty plus date tour which was met with high critical acclaim.
They once again repeated this success with a major UK tour during 2009; they also released their first new material in six years.
This formidable Indie band , who enjoyed a run of fifteen consecutive Top 40 hits including Chasing Rainbows, Going For Gold and Disco Down from 1994 to 2003, are hitting the road once again in preparation for their appearances at T in The Park and V Festival.
Lead singer Rick Witter said "This year is the 20th Anniversary of the band and after playing some of the best shows yet last December, we are so looking forward to the festivals and some exclusive gigs through the summer"
Shed Seven will play two special festival warm-up shows in Liverpool and London in July and August respectively.
Catch this unmissable live act when they play Liverpool’s O2 Academy on July 8th.
