Cream's Easter mash up is famed for pulling together the hottest line ups in the dance arena and 2010 is no exception.
On Saturday 3rd April, Nation will welcome some of the biggest names in the industry including electro super-producer Eric Prydz, Swedish House Mafia don Steve Angello and Cream residents Gareth Wyn, Andy Mac and Anthony Probyn.
And no line up would be complete without man of the moment, Toolroom's head honcho Mark Knight.
Rising star Mark has been described as 'the embodiment of the modern DJ', who's legacy already ranks him as a leading player in dance music culture's evolution into the digital and globalised age.
Mark is celebrated for ripping up the rule book and pushing the boundaries of DJ-ing, shunning the old 'two hours behind the decks' mentality.
He said: "I wouldn't say I changed the face of modern DJ-ing but I much prefer to do longer sets. I'm happiest on the decks for five, six, even seven hours at a time!"
Mark is also pioneering the blended role of DJ/producer as his label, Toolroom Records has gone from strength to strength since it was established in 2004.
Mark continued: "Toolroom records is fast becoming the biggest label in the world. We've got some amazing names working with us, including Missy Elliott, Underworld and Faithless so 2010 is set to be another great year for us."
And it seems things just keep getting better and better for talented Knight, who has forged himself a reputation as one of the foremost house producers on the planet, as his co-production with Funkagenda on the Black Eyed Peas T.H.E. E.N.D album recently saw him nominated with a Grammy.
This Easter will be Mark's first return to Cream in a number of years and he's certainly geared up for it and knows the clubbers will be too.
He said: "I've done a set at Cream before but it was years ago so I'm really looking forward to coming to Nation again.
"I've gigged at Circus before and Liverpool have an amazing crowd. They say the further up north you come the better the party scene gets and that's definitely true of this city.
"I know Liverpool's got some great up-and-coming DJs so I'll be keeping my eye out for new talent too."
A jam packed six months lie ahead for Mark as his 2010 tour starts on Friday 19th March at Digital in Newcastle, which will see him head to Miami, New York, Ibiza and many other dates across Europe.
Mark added: "I've got some big projects coming up as well as the tour. I'm working on some tracks with Underworld and Faithless as well as co-producing some stuff with Missy and the Black Eyed Peas."
