
A fresh muscial talent who is topping the BBC's 'Sound of 2010' list will appear at Liverpool's O2 Academy in March.
Ellie Goulding was named as the one to watch this year in the annual BBC poll which is voted on by 165 music gurus including top music critics, magazine editors, broadcasters and influential bloggers.
The Herefordshire born and raised girl also recently received the Brit Awards Critics' Choice prize for the act most likely to break through this year. This award will be collected by Ellie in person on 16th February at the 2010 Brit Awards at Earls Court.
Her debut single 'Starry Eyed' will be released on 22nd February, and her debut album 'Lights,' will follow on 1st March.
The up and coming singer will grace Liverpool with her presence on 29th March, after which she will go on to perform in Manchester, Nottingham and London.
Last year's winner of the 'Sound of 2009' poll, Little Boots, saw great success, with her debut album 'Hands' selling over 200,000 copies.
