Hair of the Dog, the Liverpool rock night at the Shipping Forecast on Liverpool’s Slater Street, hosts a special music showcase to celebrate the release of the new At Any Time EP “Void” on January 21st.

Eoin O’Neill and Antipop Promotions have joined forces to launch the EP and on stage are four of the finest rock bands on the gig circuit- At Any Time, Limehawk, Xander and the Peace Pirates, and Black Sun.

The event dates back to 2008 and is designed to help bands and fans of the classic rock and blues based rock genre come together and celebrate what has re-emerged as a popular and vibrant genre.

Eoin O’Neill who has masterminded the event said:

“Rock is still popular in the region and we wanted to reclaim our share of the Liverpool scene as there are already plenty of indie and DJ nights around already.

"People of all ages should come along if they enjoy classic rock played well by some of the best bands around.”

Value for money is the watchword of Hair of the Dog with advance sales being £3 each and £5 on the door for four bands.

The show begins at 7 pm and further details can be found at the Hair Of The Dog Facebook http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=179630462051253
