Pop punk legends Blink 182 have announced that You Me At Six will be supporting them on their UK tour this year, which comes to Liverpool in July.
The band, who are life-long fans of Blink 182 and met their idols at last year's Leeds and Reading Festival, said: "We are unbelievably excited. This fulfils all of our child dreams!"
Recent months have delivered a steady stream of career landmarks in You Me At Six's ascension to the top.
Their second album ‘Hold Me Down', which debuted at number 5 early last year, displays the band’s increasingly sophisticated ability to blend devastating dynamics with immediate pop-fuelled hooks and intense lyrical themes.
All the singles have been A Listed at Radio One and ‘Liquid Confidence’ earned the band the coveted 2010 Kerrang Award for ‘Best Single’
