
Sir Paul McCartney’s chart-topper with soul legend Stevie Wonder has been revealed as one of the biggest-selling duets of all time.
The pair, who recorded number one hit Ebony And Ivory in 1982, came eighth in the chart of all-time best-selling duets.
Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta were top dogs after taking the top two places on the chart with songs from movie Grease – You’re The One That I Want and Summer Nights.
Novelty hit Whispering Grass by It Ain’t Half Hot Mum stars Windsor Davies and Don Estelle was at number six, while Jason Donovan and Kylie Minogue were placed fourth for their 1980s hit Especially For You.
The chart was compiled for Radio 2 by the Official Chart Company and will be counted down in a Radio 2 special to be broadcast from noon on Monday by DJ Tony Blackburn.
