British hit producer Mark Ronson will take to the stage for the MOBO Awards at Liverpool's ECHO Arena, it has been confirmed.
The Global phenomenon, who has worked with Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen and Christina Aguilera, is the latest name on the bill for a special performance at the ceremony on 20th October.
Joining the superstar DJ on the night is man of the moment Tinie Tempah and Jay Sean, who will also be playing at the celebration of music inspired by black origins.
In a year where British ‘MOBO Music’ talent has dominated the number 1 spot in the UK, Jay Sean has made musical history having reached the top of the US charts.
Speaking about his homecoming performance, Jay said: “I’m very excited about this year’s MOBO Awards, an organisation and awards show that has become an iconic part of British urban music and culture.
"I started off in this scene 8 years ago and had the love and support of the British urban community since the beginning all the way up until now, as an artist signed to Cash Money in America, so it is an honour and a pleasure for me to be nominated and performing at the 2010 MOBO Awards in Liverpool.”
Already confirmed on the night will be performances by JLS, Professor Green, Alesha Dixon and N-Dubz.
