It appears new Reds' signing Joe Cole is already settling into life in Liverpool after purchasing Apple's latest invention.
The Reds footballer was spotted in the city centre yesterday (Monday) splashing the cash on a brand new £450 iPad.
The 28-year-old star was pictured gadget in hand, while new Liverpool wag Carly Cole, formerly Carly Zucker was out and about with baby Ruby.
Cole is gearing up for the new season after signing a four-year deal with the Merseyside club worth around £90,000 a week.
The England star is the first player to join Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson’s revolution since taking charge at Anfield.
Cole was linked with a number of Premier League sides, including Arsenal and Tottenham.
But chose to sign for the Reds after branding the decision a 'no-brainer', saying he was joining the biggest club in the country.
