Despite a hectic schedule, Lady Gaga still finds time to wind down while on tour.
And there's nothing the Bad Romance singer enjoys more than a spot of bowling.
The 23-year-old left fans gobsmacked on Tuesday when she turned up at Hollywood Bowl, Edge Lane, Liverpool to enjoy a game with friends.
Staff at the bowling alley said: "It's not every day that a world famous megastar walks through the doors so it was all very exciting.
"She'd booked an end lane and had two games of bowling which her and her friends seemed to have a good laugh playing.
The star spent three nights in the city ahead of her Monster's Ball tour performance at the Echo Arena.
Gaga, who is famed for her love of outrageous outfits, was dressed down in a simple black coat and hat, complete with trademark sunglasses.
Crowd's of onlookers gathered as she and three pals played two games under the watchful eyes of her security team.
One onlooker said: "We'd heard that she was a big fan of bowling but we never expected her to come to Hollywood Bowl in Liverpool.
"She was very sweet and friendly but wasn't wearing one of her famous outlandish outfits but she looked absolutely amazing."
Hollywood Bowl supervisor Craig said: "All of the staff here looked after her as best we could and it was incredible that the following morning two of our girls got a call to say that her people had left a pair of tickets for her show at the Echo Arena as a thank you.
"It was incredibly generous and the girls loved every minute of the show."
"It's been a real talking point locally and we just hope that she enjoyed her visit so much that she comes back soon."
